Each pool under contract with Safewater Management, Inc. may be reserved for swim parties. Reserving facilities and booking swim parties will be different for each subdivision as far as party rules and who to contact.

Party lifeguards can be booked for $30 per hour. The number of guards will be determined by the number of people in your party and whether your guests consist of children and/or adults. Party checks need to be made out to Safewater management. A Safewater manager will be present at the beginning of each party to check the facility, to make sure that the party giver has everything they need, and to collect payment.
